Terms of Business

That DYOClaim.com product items are delivered to its customers via an electronic link for the customers to download said items.
That there is only a one off payment for each information pack and there are no further recurring payments or hidden charges.
That it is understood the information pack will be delivered electronically and is therefore a non-returnable product.
That they are responsible for supplying a valid email address, so it is possible for DYOClaim.com to email receipt of payment via PayPal and the link to the product purchased.
That the information pack is only for the use described, that is, for the client who purchased the pack to prepare, construct and process a claim.
That by using the information pack he/she agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of DYOClaim.com and will not copy, download, transmit, reproduce, print, or exploit for commercial purpose any material contained within the information pack purchased.
That all rights reserved and any unauthorized broadcasting, public performance, copying or rerecording will constitute an infringement of copyright.
That they may only be eligible for a refund if they were unable to successfully downnload the product purchased and a delivery failure report has been generated from our download centre to confirm this (please email us with any problems you may have regarding this issue and we will be happy to assist) or they cancel the order before receiving the product. As our products cannot be physically returned, the rights to cancel are therefore those that apply to services when purchasing online, or the distant selling rule (OFT) when purchasing by phone.
That DYOClaim.com delivers its products electronically online as a Word document files by way of a download and that it is the responsibility of the client to ensure he/she has the correct computer software to open the downloaded files.
To accept these terms as binding on the client and to be responsible to DYOClaim.com for any breach.
That DYOClaim.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever arising from the use of materials in the information pack and/or that may arise through the use of the information contained herein, regardless of situation or circumstance and the outcome of any claim submitted.
That DYOClaim.com do not make any guarantees of compensation or success generated from their information packs on sale.
